You will need either MS Word installed on your computer, the free MS Word viewer (for PC), or another wordprocessor program that opens .doc files (such as Google Docs available through Gmail, or OpenOffice) to view the MS Word file.

You will need a .pdf viewer in order to read the Adobe .pdf file. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free, or if you're a Mac user you can use the "Preview" application to view this file.
