Welcome to Insight City College of San Francisco's Online Learning System All full semester online classes opened on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 8 am. Students are responsible for checking their instructor's website for important class details. Links to instructor websites can be found at Spring 2013 Class Schedule. If you are interested in adding an online class, contact the instructor. Log in/Password Information Students new to Insight who are enrolled in regular start online and tech-enhanced classes will receive an email with the subject, "Welcome to Insight" sent to their CCSFmail address from welcome.2insight@mail.ccsf.edu with log in and password information. Log in to CCSFmail. If you don't know your CCSFmail address go to Web4. If you had an Insight account from fall 2010 until fall 2012, your log in and password are the same. If you have lost your password, click the lost password?. I did not receive the "Welcome to Insight" email? If you are a new Insight user and you do not receive your login/password information and you have checked your SPAM folder, please file a Student Help Ticket. The link is found to the left under Support. Need help logging in? Click here to find specific help logging in to Insight. Need more support? Students can call 415-452-5689 and talk with one of our support staff or schedule an appointment for extra help. We offer this service Monday-Thursday from 9-4:30 pm; Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Student Enrolled in a Tech-enhanced Course for Spring 2013 Students will be unable to access their course(s) until faculty has opened the course(s). Interested in adding an online class?
